AccidentTax.com is a project of the Property Casualty Insurers Association of America (PCI) aimed at educating insurance professionals, consumers, public officials, and the general public on the issue of accident response fees. Some communities are using accident response fees to turn their Fire and Police Departments into a profit center rather than an essential city service.
